(ಐಐಎಸಿಡಿ) ಮಾನವ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಹೊಸ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಕಲೆ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಾ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಅಂತರ್ ಶಿಸ್ತಿನ ಗುಂಪು ಮೇ 2008 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿತು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ವಕಾಲತ್ತನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.
ಹಲವಾರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಿರುವ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಪುನರುತ್ಥಾನ ನೀತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ, ಮಾತುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಧಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹ-ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಳು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಕಾಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಯಾವ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಹನ ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿ ಇದೆ.
ಭಾರತದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ರಾಜ್ಯ, ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ (ಎನ್ ಜಿ ಒ) ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ಸಮೂಹಗಳು ಜೀವನಾಧಾರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವಿಧಾನಗಳೆಂದು ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಗಮನ ನೋಡಿ. ಈ ಗಮನವು ಒಂದು "ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಕ" ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ (ಎನ್ ಜಿ ಒ) ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುವಾದಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶೀಯ ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳ ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳ ಧಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ..
