Sanjay Sharma from Gram Adhikar Manch says Chhattisgarh Govt has appointed Lokpal (ombudsman) for NREGA but has made no effort to tell people about it. Lokpals have recieved no complaint so far. Dealer returns ration card after complaint aired on Swara
